Order realization (scheme)

We following next scheme of the order:

1. The Customer should send a text for translation, using form order, by e-mail, fax or with a courier. Delivering documents, please, inform us preliminary about the date when the order should be fulfilled (the price is depending on it).

2. The staff of the agency should examine the text and send the price to the Customer within 24 hours.

3. When realizing the first order the agency suggests to the Customer to make the translation of a trail page from the text (not more then 500 symbols).

4. If you are satisfied with the quality of translation, our conditions and the sum for work, we immediately start to fulfill undertaken liabilities, and you send the amount of money for the order onto our account, using a convenient for you way of money transfer (post, bank, western union, ect.) and send us a confirmation of payment.

5. You get ready-made translation on earlier fixed terms. If you find some inconsistencies in the translation, you can always demand to correct them, and they will be eliminated immediately.
